Limitless possibilities with 3D printing and mechanical machining

The perfect combination of industrial 3D printing and precise mechanical machining opens up new dimensions in manufacturing. Complex geometries produced by additive manufacturing are refined by mechanical machining into highly functional, customised components. Whether it is a tight fit, special finish or additional functionality, this synergy offers endless possibilities for innovative solutions.

To combined processes
"The combination of additive manufacturing and conventional technologies opens up new possibilities for us: We combine the design freedom of 3D printing with the precision of mechanical post-processing to create components that set new standards in functionality and quality."

High speed & highest surface quality with DLP

Digital Light Processing (DLP) is a 3D printing technology based on the use of a matrix LCD display. Using a UV light source and an LCD display (for masking), a synthetic resin is cured layer by layer. This process is best known for producing parts with the highest surface quality and therefore requires very little post-processing. In addition, DLP 3D printers can generally achieve the most accurate and precise results in the field of additive manufacturing.
