To turn a good component into a precise, high-quality product, we recommend mechanical post-processing. Processes such as drilling, reaming, turning, milling and thread cutting ensure that dimensional accuracy, surface quality and functionality are of the highest standard.

This step is particularly crucial for components where exact fit dimensions are essential. Post-processing takes your 3D-printed part to the next level of quality – precise, reliable and durable.

Our threaded inserts.

Threaded inserts offer significantly higher strength than printed threads. We integrate threads from size M2.5 upwards into your components precisely and reliably.

We have even developed our own pneumatic thread inserts – with and without collars – for additive manufacturing, as there were no standardized off-the-shelf parts available in the common inch sizes.

To help you prepare your design perfectly, we provide you with suitable STEP models for thread deductions and inserts.
