High-quality deep colouring for durable and colour-fast surfaces
Porous surfaces quickly absorb dirt. When coloured, the paint penetrates deep – without additional application and without changing the component properties. We offer the colours black, blue, lime green, orange, red, yellow and purple. Other colours available.
For the perfect appearance – flawless surfaces in premium quality
Our coatings give your components an exclusive look – ideal for trade fair exhibits or other premium applications. Whether matt, high-gloss, textured or soft-touch – we implement your ideas precisely. Almost all RAL variants are available.
For conductive surfaces and maximum operational safety
In addition to the visual enhancement of components, it is also possible to apply special coatings to components. ESD coatings combine visual enhancement with reliable protection against electrostatic charging.
Air- and watertight sealing of the surface
During infiltration, components are impregnated with colourless epoxy resin and thus sealed. The result: an airtight and watertight surface that provides reliable protection even in humid conditions and at high temperatures – without changing the appearance.
Elastic protection for every application
Polyurethane coatings prevent slipping, marks and damage to high-quality components. The elastic layer adapts to the contour, distributes pressure and cushions point loads. Depending on the application, we select the appropriate surface and Shore hardness.
The components are smoothed
The components are polished with ceramic or plastic abrasives and polished by relative movements. This creates a smooth surface without a rough or porous structure. Roughness and material removal can be precisely controlled.

Using UV LED technology, we apply high-resolution images, markings or lettering to components – up to a size of 300 × 420 mm and a thickness of 150 mm. The print image is similar to inkjet printing and is applied to the surface.
