PA2200 is the all-rounder in the SLS process. The plastic impresses with its high strength, chemical resistance and biocompatibility. It is also excellent for post-processing and is ideal for components with high mechanical or hygienic requirements – from prototypes to series parts.
Alumide combines PA12 with aluminium particles, thus combining high dimensional accuracy with exceptional heat resistance and durability. The material is ideal for robust functional components and also impresses with its attractive, metallic-looking surface, which is very easy to finish.
PA3200 GF is a glass-filled polyamide that offers exceptional rigidity, dimensional stability and wear resistance.
Particularly suitable for functional prototypes and series parts that require maximum stability under heavy mechanical stress.
This specially developed PA12 material meets the requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. It enables blue-dyed, visually detectable components and, in combination with our MurPearl® Air smoothing process, offers surfaces of the highest quality. Food-safe according to EU standards.
ABS is a robust thermoplastic that we process using the FLM/FDM process. The material offers a balanced combination of strength, rigidity and impact resistance and is resistant to mechanical and environmental influences. This makes ABS ideal for functional prototypes and series parts with high requirements.
TPU is the first choice for flexible, elastic and wear-resistant components. The material offers high resistance, thermal stability and resistance to oils, greases and selected solvents. Ideal for seals, connecting elements and functional prototypes where mobility and resilience are required.
