This is exactly where we come in: we develop your CAD data – as a consulting partner or as a complete solution from a single source. This saves you time, avoids errors and allows you to start 3D printing straight away with optimal data.

To do this, we rely on the latest technologies and modern software and hardware to deliver fast and accurate results. Another advantage: our design and production management teams work right next door to each other. This means short distances, quick decisions and a smooth process – from the initial idea to production.

We scan components and moulds.

In addition to CAD design, we also offer 3D scanning of existing components or moulds.

Especially for complex or particularly large models, our experts use the data scan to quickly generate precise raw data – either directly for printing or as a basis for further processing by our design department (reverse engineering). Thanks to our flexible handheld scanner, we can also record data at your premises, for example directly in the machine room.

Data? Ready for printing.

We check. We repair. We optimise.

We check every order to ensure that your data is technically feasible. If we find any errors, we usually repair them directly using our software. 

However, if we identify problems with feasibility – such as merging columns, walls that are too thin or critical drill holes – we will contact you. You then decide: either we take care of the data optimization for a perfect print result, or you adjust the data yourself according to our specifications.

Thanks to lightweight structures.

A major advantage of additive manufacturing: honeycomb and lightweight structures allow excess material to be removed. This saves raw materials and weight – up to 75% depending on the component. This is not possible with conventional processes. The structures are highly robust and are incorporated in various thicknesses, shapes and patterns depending on the application. 

Our engineers examine each component individually and decide in which components lightweight structures make sense – so that you get the maximum benefit.
