Five Processes.

Countless possibilities.

We combine state-of-the-art technologies with genuine manufacturing expertise – and find the right 3D printing process for every requirement. Whether delicate geometries, robust functional components, or high-quality surfaces: we always rely on the optimal process and combine this with our many years of expertise. This results in solutions that are not only technically impressive, but also economical and reliable.

SELECTIVE LASER SINTERing
(SLS)

In the SLS process, a fine polyamide powder (PA12) is applied layer by layer and precisely fused by a laser. Unsintered powder serves as support material, so that even complex geometries and undercuts can be realized without any problems—without the need for additional support structures.

FUSED LAYER MODELING (FLM)

With FLM, components are built up layer by layer from a plastic filament that is melted in a targeted manner. Complex geometries are possible, supported by additional structures for overhangs or undercuts. The layer structure remains visible, and the mechanical properties can vary depending on the printing direction.

DIGITAL LIGHT PROCESSINg (DLP)

DLP cures liquid resin layer by layer using a projector. This results in components with particularly smooth surfaces, high dimensional accuracy, and fine details – ideal for intricate geometries and design applications.

About 3D printing design

Variable Fused Granular Fabrication (VFGF)

In VFGF (large-format printing), plastic granulate is applied in layers – controlled by a nozzle with a variable diameter. This allows fine structures to be created on the outside and stable, thicker layers on the inside. The process combines high material efficiency with robust, functional components.

Construction tips

STEREOLITHGRAPHY (SLA)

In the SLA process, a liquid synthetic resin is cured layer by layer using a precisely controlled UV laser. This process enables particularly fine detail resolution, smooth surfaces, and high dimensional accuracy. It is ideal for delicate prototypes, design models, or components where high-quality surface finish is paramount.
