Application Engineering
Our technicians are the experts in component development: they know which material is suitable for the application, what needs to be considered in the design, and which approaches can be used to further optimize processes.
There’s no product they haven’t already run through a turner or a screw conveyor. They regularly visit customers on-site to see our products in use and to ensure their long service life.

Industry Management
Since 2024, Stella has been our Head of Industry Management. This is where data is analyzed and structured, trends are identified, and recommendations are developed — all to better understand our customers industries and respond to their specific needs.
In her role, Stella encounters bottling systems in the beverage industry, car manufacturers in the mobility sector, rocket components in aerospace, and racing wheels that have been used in the Tour de France in the sports & leisure sector. Incredibly diverse — and never boring!

Alexander focuses on our products that have long proven themselves in a wide range of machines and applications — from slide rails and chain guides to the Spann-Box®.
MATERIALS
Felix is our expert for materials. From PE and POM to PEEK, he knows which material is best suited for each application and ensures the consistent quality of our semi-finished products.
SOLUTIONS
No challenge is safe from Linh. She coordinates the technical interfaces across our development projects, where we tackle and solve the specific challenges of our customers.
Global Channel Management
Spanish? Italian? French? No problem for our Channel Management team! They support key distributors who exclusively sell MURTFELDT products and are located all around the world. Their mission: to continue driving our international expansion.
Henning has led the team for over 10 years. The newest member: Jannick, who didn’t want to leave after completing his training. He was warmly welcomed by Marion, Margherita, Sandra, Daniel, and Philipp — and they’re all excited about the team’s growth!
Turning Department
At more than 15 machines, our machining specialists work in the turning department. In addition to CNC machining, components are also manufactured using conventional turning techniques on milling centers, twin-spindle lathes, and cycle-controlled machines.
Department head Lars (pictured left) is supported by team leaders Martin (pictured right) and Sven. The full team includes: Leonardo, Merlin, Michael, Alisa, Andreas, Bernd, Daoud, Dirk, Farid, Georg, Luca, Marcel, Olaf, Robert, Sanel, Sarah-Kathrin, Serkan, Thomas, Thorsten, Vladimir, and Waldemar.

Talent & Culture
Dominik has been with MURTFELDT since 2011 — and by now, he knows the company inside and out. Today, as Head of Talent & Culture, he leads the department together with Michelle, focusing on the people behind our products.
Their goal: to create a work environment where everyone feels comfortable, can grow, and enjoys being part of the team. They support, motivate, and help shape our culture — every day, with passion and a clear sense of purpose.
