Spann-Boxes® with SenseGuard Technology
Does the chain system run unevenly and noisily? Is the chain slapping? These are clear signs of insufficient tension. The system will not work efficiently and will require intensive maintenance when wear is high. The chain may jump or break.
When a chain drive breaks, it causes expensive production downtime. This can be prevented by ensuring that the chain is correctly tensioned. However, chain tensioners are often not included in the design of machines. Our systems are therefore suitable for retrofitting.
