Our innovative additive manufacturing enables the production of large-format plastic components with maximum efficiency. A recent example: the 170 cm wide crossbeam of a giant swing in a family amusement park. Thanks to our VFGF process, in which parts are built up layer by layer from the bottom up using a nozzle with a variable diameter, and the large-volume build space, we were able to achieve fast, cost-effective, and precise production. After post-processing and painting, the component is now ready for use – for boundless ride enjoyment!
