The Spann-Box® Size 1 with curved profile and position switch ensures precise tension monitoring and features a compact, robust design for reliable performance and long service life.
Spann-Box® with Inductive Switch
The Spann-Box® Size 1 with inductive sensor provides precise, contactless position monitoring and is ideal for environments with high wear or contamination risk.
The sealing material Murlock® is available to many industries such as the automotive and motorcycle industry, the aerospace industry, the sports equipment industry and many more.
The solution therefore consists of a material that is suitable for high pressures and high temperatures while remaining extremely dimensionally stable. At the same time, it must have excellent chemical resistance and show sufficient elasticity at the specified operating temperatures.
This is where the new product Murlock® mentioned at the beginning comes into play. Thanks to its temperature resistance above 200° degrees and pressure resistance up to 100 bar and more, it is suitable for sealing HP-RTM tools as well as for use in resin injection processes (RTM). In addition, it can of course also be used as a seal in injection molding processes for particularly low-viscosity materials.
