In almost all areas where unit goods are produced, processed, and packaged, they are a key component of the production process. Product turners play an important role in emptying, filling, cleaning, mixing, sealing, inspecting, printing, and many other process steps.
Our design supports any rotation angle between 0 and 360 degrees, with either clockwise or counterclockwise rotation.
Unique design
MURTFELDT typically manufactures block and screw turners on 5-axis CNC machines. The technical and high-performance material used for this have been known for decades for their quality. Machining is used as the production process, as it enables particularly smooth and low-friction surfaces. These surfaces allow gentle handling of the products being turned.
Flexible mounting options
The product turners offer a wide range of mounting variations to integrate seamlessly into your production line. They can be installed horizontally on a continuous conveyor belt or positioned between two conveyors. For products that cannot be accumulated, we recommend mounting with a downward slope to ensure precise alignment for reliable downstream processing. The required mounting brackets can be ordered directly from us.
