EFFICIENT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We take over the entire product creation process for you, including all project management and coordination tasks. Depending on your requirements, we develop new products, prototypes, or entire series for your company or even your clients – either on our own or in collaboration with you.

We use the latest technologies as well as the most up-to-date software and hardware to work quickly and efficiently. Additionally, we benefit from having the product development/design and production management departments working side by side, allowing for continuous coordination and exchange throughout the entire process.

WITH FORM SCANNER TO PRODUCTION DATA

In addition to traditional CAD design, we can also offer you 3D scanning of existing components or molds.

Especially with complex or particularly large models, our experts can quickly generate raw data through scanning, which can then either be directly printed or further processed by our designers (Reverse Engineering). Among other things, we have a flexible scanning system (handheld scanner) and can thus capture data on-site (e.g., in the machine room).

DATA CHECK AND OPTIMIZATION

For every order, we check your data for technical feasibility. If the technical review of your data reveals errors or problematic areas, we can usually fix these using our software. However, if we see difficulties in the feasibility, such as columns or holes merging or wall thicknesses being too thin, we will contact you.

You have the choice: Either we optimize your data for a perfect print result, or you can make the adjustments yourself according to our specifications.

OPTIMIZATION OF LIGHTWEIGHT STRUCTURES

One major advantage of additive manufacturing is that by using honeycomb or lightweight structures, excess material can be removed, which allows for savings in raw material and especially weight (up to 75%). This is not possible in conventional manufacturing processes. The honeycomb structures are highly robust and, depending on the application, are introduced in various thicknesses, shapes, and patterns by us. As part of the individual evaluation of your components, our technicians decide where structures can be integrated into the components to provide an advantage for you.
