The smallest automatic chain tensioner in our program is the Mini-Tensioner with a curved profile. It is suitable for use with smaller chains up to a 5/8-inch pitch. With two internal springs, the spring force can be selected as 'light' or 'heavy' to adjust the tensioning pressure.
The installation of the Mini-Tensioner is simple using screws on the sturdy angle base. For optimal functionality, a maximum axle distance of 200 mm is recommended.
