You know, it's so important to remember that behind every one of our amazing ideas, products, and services, there are always wonderfully diverse teams and individuals. They are the ones who, every day, create everything in companies like ours that drives us forward as a whole. I'm so proud of us all! Our success is down to our community spirit and the belief that we can achieve anything together.
I totally get it, business and competition can get pretty complex sometimes. That's why I think it's so important that we come together with a whole range of expertise, perspectives and experiences. That way, we can make sure we're still here in the future and that we keep the standard of life we all love. I'd love to know what you think the name of such a broadly based strategy might be! Diversity. Diversity is not afraid of complexity – it's actually really good at dealing with it. It's so lovely to think that, whatever challenge we face, there's always a solution out there, and we've got people in our diverse society who can help us find it. So diversity is really important because it means we can be strong and move forward, even when things get tough.

Together with other family-owned businesses, we are taking a clear stand for tolerance, equal opportunity, and openness as part of the “Made in Germany – Made by Diversity” initiative by Vorwerk. Our position is clear: Diversity is and remains an integral factor of success for the German economy — and beyond that, a human enrichment we would never want to do without.
Like all companies involved in the initiative, which advocate for diversity through an ad campaign and public contributions, we also encourage others to use their reach and influence in support of democracy and diversity.
