Successful trip to Argentina:
Customer visits, trade fairs and valuable insights

Our colleague Felix was on the road in Argentina - with a full program: Intensive exchanges with our local partner Prottec, deepening existing customer relationships and tapping into new markets in the agricultural and mining industries were on the agenda.
To kick off the trip, a joint in-house trade fair was held with Prottec in Rosario. Customers from the Argentinian agricultural industry - a key sector of the country's economy - were invited. Argentina is one of the world's largest exporters of grain, which is reflected in the relevance of the local infrastructure.
As part of the event, we specifically presented our Original “S” black and Original “S ”+ with TLS products, which are used in trough conveyor systems. The direct exchange with experts from the industry made it possible to understand their technical requirements even better - an important impetus for our future product development.

The next item on the agenda was a visit to several customer sites around the major grain loading ports in the Rosario region. These are among the most important of their kind in the whole of South America. The on-site discussions provided an opportunity to analyse specific application scenarios for our products and identify potential for optimizing conveyor technology.
The last three days of the trip took us to Buenos Aires, where we were represented together with Prottec at the Arminera - the most important trade fair for the mining industry in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay.
One particularly growing sector at the moment is lithium mining, in which wear-resistant plastics are increasingly playing a key role. Prottec is experiencing strong growth here with our products, and we have also been able to establish many new and promising contacts.

With its high demand in the agricultural and mining industries, Argentina offers enormous potential. With a competent partner like Prottec at our side, we believe we are in an excellent position for the coming years. We will incorporate the numerous findings from the discussions with customers and experts into our product development and optimization in a targeted manner.
Many thanks to Prottec and all our customers for the open cooperation and the valuable exchange on site!
