For chain systems with alternating running directions, we recommend the variant featuring an extended housing and a "heavy" tension force, as it is specifically designed for reversing operations and guarantees optimal tension.
The Spann-Box® is mounted easily and efficiently underneath the chain, integrating seamlessly into existing systems.
With the 180° deflection profile, twice the length of the tensioning stroke of the Spann-Box® can be used to compensate for chain elongation (spring force ‘heavy’).
