The narrowest automatic chain tensioner, the Spann-Box® Size 0 in our range, has been specially developed for applications where only limited space is available. Its robust housing provides excellent protection against corrosion, and the internal screws and springs are made of stainless steel. It is designed for use with chain drives up to 3/4 pitch.

The installation is done below the chain. Thanks to a practical locking pin in the bottom of the housing, the spring force can be easily adjusted – choose between the settings 'light' or 'heavy' to achieve the perfect tension force for your application.
