Annabelle

Annabelle has been with MURTFELDT since 2018. After completing her training as a precision mechanic, she started a job in our CNC department. When new programs come in, she’s the first to dive into the technology and help others understand it. We're glad to have you with us, Annabelle!
Finn

Your benefits as a trainee
On a first-name basis
In our company, we live a You-culture. Instead of worrying about whether "Höhner" is spelled with an "H" or without, you can simply call our two owners by their first names, Robert and Detlev.
E-Car
We provide our apprentices with their own electric car, which is shared among all apprentices and can be used privately. During working hours, you can charge it for free at our charging stations.
50% Discount
In our canteen, there are fresh rolls daily, a salad bar, and daily changing vegetarian and meat-based lunch dishes. As an apprentice, you get a 50% discount on all meals.
Apprentice Trip
Once a year, it's time to pack your bags! During our 3-day apprentice trip, there's plenty of fun, team spirit, and unforgettable experiences!
Björn

Björn started with an apprenticeship as a machining technician in 2010. In 2016, he moved toApplication Engineering. After eight years in technical consulting, he took over as Head of Application Engineering at the beginning of 2025 to take the department to the next level. Really impressive development, Björn!

Training at Eye Level
During your apprenticeship, we will treat you as a partner and support you as best as we can in your learning. To prepare you well for professional life, we have equipped our training workshop with high-quality milling machines, where you can independently work on projects and learn how to handle our materials. For optimal training, we rely on the latest machinery, such as our four cycle-controlled lathes, milling machines, and a milling machine with a robot cell to introduce you early on to the relevance of automation.
Additionally, we have set up a quiet training room with computers. This is also where our own in-house lessons take place, offering you the opportunity to deepen content from vocational school.
