The Spann-Boy® TS belt tensioner is the ideal solution for space-restricted applications, as it is mounted laterally next to the belt. Equipped with one light and one heavy spring, it allows for individual adjustment of the tension pressure: Depending on your requirements, the springs can be used individually or combined to achieve optimal tension settings.
For maximum flexibility, various roller profiles are available, including cylindrical, crowned, U-profile, V-profile, or round groove—suitable for nearly every application. A stainless steel version is also available.
Installation is particularly easy: the housing features pre-drilled holes that are perfectly aligned with optional mounting brackets, facilitating simple installation.
